The great thing about kettlebells is, one gets the job done (well, one kettlebell of the same size).

Unlike dumbbells, you only need one kettlebell of each size. This is because kettlebell training is functional exercise at its best. In fact, working only one side of your body at a time allows you to work more muscle groups. The reason this works is adding weight (the kettlebell) to only one side of your body at a time forces you to engage your core, glutes, back and leg muscles to counter the instability.

While a lot of machines and specific exercises train your muscles individually, kettlebell exercises train your full body; utilizing almost every muscle group during each workout.
