It's time to Spring Clean your fitness routine! Spring is widely considered a time for a fresh start — with longer daylight hours, blooming flowers, and warmer temperatures abound.
This time of year presents the perfect opportunity to check in on the goals you made earlier in the year, or create new goals to work towards.
This challenge focuses on letting go of old habits that weigh you down and keep you from being your best. Instead, we'll focus on creating new habits and goals, to ultimately reveal a more confident you!
The 6-week Sworkit Spring Lean fitness challenge is here to help you focus on feeling and looking your best by making purposeful choices with nutrition and a trainer-designed fitness plan. Each week, we'll give you five workouts to complete. On your rest days, we recommend a stretch or walk outside.
