The Sworkit Spring Lean Challenge is all about starting anew. When spring comes around we tend to focus on Spring cleaning in the aspect of tidying up and organizing our homes, but why not our bodies, too? In the springtime, new flowers blossom and it's only right that we as human beings do the same. This challenge focuses on letting go of old habits that weigh you down and keep you from being your best, and forming new ones to reveal a clean slate and more confident you!

The Sworkit Spring Lean challenge is here to help you keep the year going strong. You will have a team of trainers, as well as the supportive Sworkit Facebook Community you can join with over 1,000+ Sworkit members.

For six weeks you will focus on feeling and looking your best by making purposeful choices with nutrition and a trainer-designed fitness plan. We'll give you five workouts to do each week and you can decide what works best for your schedule. On rest days, we recommend a stretch or a walk outside.
