Do you have a goal to move more in March? Or maybe you made a New Year's resolution to increase your physical activity in 2022? Whether you are right on track with your goals or your plans have been interrupted, we want to help you succeed!

Sworkit's Keep Moving in March fitness challenge is designed to keep you motivated and (you guessed it!) moving!

For 5 days, you will commit to yourself and the Keep Moving in March fitness challenge. Each day, you'll complete one of our newest Sworkit workouts. Not only will you break an incredible sweat (feel those endorphins!), but you're likely to discover new movements and maybe even a new personal favorite workout.

Participants will be given 5 days to complete the challenge. Challengers must complete all five workouts within the given time period to have the challenge marked as complete.

We encourage you to join the Sworkit Facebook Community to connect with other challengers, post about your progress, and stay updated on the challenge.

We are not focusing on the physical changes during this challenge. Instead, let's give extra attention to how we feel before and after the workouts.

Whether you are new to Sworkit, just getting back into a fitness routine, or an avid Sworkiteer, this challenge is a great way to ignite your love for moving your body!
