For four weeks, choose your own goal of seven, five, or three workouts per week in our Sworkit Summer Challenge!

This challenge isn't about what workout you did or how long you did it. This is about celebrating a commitment to yourself, showing up, and being consistent — let's make each and every day count! You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish this summer.

How the Sworkit Summer Challenge Works

Unlike previous challenges, you'll have the freedom to complete any Sworkit workout (or log outside activity) to get closer to reaching your goals.

Set your own weekly workout goal of seven, five, or three workouts per week. We'll support you along the way!

We will check in with you weekly to see how you are progressing, provide you with helpful tips to keep momentum, and suggest different workouts for you to try throughout the challenge. Ultimately, this challenge is your journey and you can choose to tackle it any way you'd like!

We'll be adding more information as the challenge gets closer. We can't wait for you to join us!
