Sworkit is the personal trainer that fits in your pocket and gives you the ability to work out anytime, anywhere. The Sworkit Anytime, Anywhere Challenge is designed to support you wherever you find yourself — move your body and feel your best!

On the beach? Camping? On a business trip and stuck in a hotel room? The options are endless, and we can't wait to see where you Sworkit! In addition to closing your challenge ring, we encourage you to share photos of your Sworkouts with us on social media @Sworkit — whether it's a post-workout selfie or a beautiful landscape picture.

What is involved in the Sworkit Anywhere, Anytime Challenge?

You will have the option of participating in the following challenge plans, choose one or choose them all:

  • On-the-Go Workouts

  • Low-Impact Workouts

  • Daily Step Goals

The On-the-Go and Low-Impact challenge plans will consist of five workouts per week. Depending on your fitness level, suggested timing will vary. The Daily Step challenge will have a goal of 10,000 steps per day.
