Sworkit's Fall Flexibility Challenge is designed to help improve posture and muscle coordination, reduce soreness, and prevent injury. Ultimately, you'll feel better so you can enjoy doing the things you love!

Often overlooked, stretching and flexibility are core components of every fitness routine. Sworkit Trainers have selected five stretching and flexibility workouts to be completed each week throughout the month of October.

How the Sworkit Favorites Challenge Works

To complete the challenge, participants will need to complete all 20 workouts by the end of the day on October 30, 2022. Challenge workouts can be accessed through the Sworkit app.

We will also check in with you regularly to see how you are progressing, provide you with helpful tips to keep momentum, and remind you of which workout to complete each day in our Sworkit Facebook Community.
