Missing Video and/or Audio during Workouts

Sworkit downloads exercises to your phone so that you don't need an internet connection when working out. In rare occasions, you may not have all the exercises downloaded to your device. 

To ensure you have all the exercises downloaded:

  1. Click the menu icon (top left)
  2. Tap on Help Center
  3. Tap on "Verify Downloaded Exercises"
  4. Tap on "Refresh Status" 

 

If you still have issues, uninstall and reinstall the app. This will download a fresh install of all your exercise data.
