Sworkit downloads exercises to your phone so that you don't need an internet connection when working out. In rare cases, the video and/or audio may not have downloaded correctly, which may cause blank screens or missing audio during a workout.
To ensure you have all the exercises downloaded, you can:
- Click the menu icon (top left)
- Tap on Help Center
- Tap on "Verify Downloaded Exercises"
- Tap on "Refresh Status"
If you still have issues, uninstall and reinstall the app. This will download a fresh install of all your exercise data.
