What is the refund policy?

iOS and Android app

Mobile app subscriptions are processed and handled through the app stores, therefore Sworkit is unable to refund your subscriptions directly. In order to request a refund, you will need to manage your subscription through Apple or Google using the instructions found below.

Web App

Refunds for our web app are handled on a case by case basis if the application is technically not working as described for more than 4 days. To request a refund, click on the account menu at the top right of the web app, then choose "Send Feedback". Our Sworkit support team will assist you right away.
