Sworkit downloads exercises to your phone so that you don't need an internet connection when working out. In rare cases, the video and/or audio may not have downloaded correctly, which may cause blank screens or missing audio during a workout.

To ensure you have all the exercises downloaded, you can:

  1. Click the menu icon (top left)
  2. Tap on Help Center
  3. Tap on "Verify Downloaded Exercises"
  4. Tap on "Refresh Status"

If you still have issues, uninstall and reinstall the app. This will download a fresh install of all your exercise data.
