Prerequisite
To connect to your Motivosity account and Sworkit Health, you must be a customer of both services.
Instructions
Step 1: Retrieve your API Key from Motivosity
To get started, go ahead and navigate to the"Setup" page in Motivosity
Next, you'll select "Integrations" on the left-hand side. After you select the "API Key" tab.
From the API Key tab, select the "+ New API Key" button.
Choose Service Account as the API Access Type and enter an App Name. This could be something like "Sworkit App". Please note, the App Name is displayed only in Motivosity. When you are finished, select "Save".
Once you have saved your authentication, you'll see it now in the list of enabled API Keys. To view the API Key, select "View Details".
In this modal, you will see your generated APP ID and can download your secure token.

If you don’t have access to these Admin Settings but are in charge of this integration, contact the Motivosity Team for help getting your Motivosity API Key.
Updating your API Key
You can repeat Step 2 to update your Awardco API Key in Sworkit.
Step 2: Add your Motivosity API Key to Sworkit
Launch Sworkit as an Admin
Go to Admin Portal in the side menu
Go to Integrations in the side menu
Click the ENABLE button for Motivosity
Open the Secure Token (.key) file that you downloaded from Motivosity with a simple text editor
Copy and paste the appId portion to the App ID section
Copy and paste the secureToken portion to the Secure Token section
Click CONNECT APP ID AND SECURE TOKEN to finalize the connection
Once your connection is established, you'll see the message “Successfully Connected!”
Updating your API Key
You can repeat Step 2 to update your Motivosity API Key in Sworkit.
