Sworkit is available at no additional cost to eligible members through select health insurance providers. Access is managed through your insurance provider — not directly through Sworkit.
How to Get Started
If you believe you are eligible for Sworkit through your health insurance:
Check the welcome email you received from your insurance provider about enrolling in Sworkit
Follow the enrollment link or instructions in that email to verify your eligibility and set up your account
Once enrolled, sign into Sworkit using the same email address you used to enroll
If you cannot locate your welcome email, contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility and get your enrollment link.
Renewing Your Access
If your Sworkit access has expired and you receive it through insurance:
Sign out of Sworkit from My Account in the app or on desktop
Go back to your original welcome email or contact your insurance provider to get your renewal link
Follow the steps to re-qualify and select Sworkit to be redirected to the sign-in page
Sign back into your existing Sworkit account — no need to create a new one
You should also receive an email from your insurance provider around your renewal date inviting you to sign back up for another year.
