Switching from Personify Health to Awardco — What Members Need to Know

If your company recently moved from Personify Health to Awardco, here's how to access Sworkit and get your rewards tracking again.

What Changed?

Some employers have transitioned their wellness benefits platform from Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse) to Awardco. If your company made this switch, the way you access Sworkit and earn rewards has changed. This article will help you get back on track.


Step 1 — How to Access Sworkit After the Switch

You will no longer sign in to Sworkit using your Personify Health credentials. Instead:

  1. Open the Sworkit app or go to app.sworkit.com

  2. Tap Sign In

  3. Use the email address and password you have on file with Sworkit directly — not your Personify Health login

  4. If you don't remember your Sworkit password, tap Forgot Password to reset it

⚠️ Important: Do not create a new Sworkit account. If you create a new account, your workout history and progress will not carry over. Always sign in to your existing account.


Step 2 — Connect Your Account to Awardco

To start earning rewards through Awardco, your Sworkit account needs to be linked. Your company admin should have sent you instructions for this. If you haven't received them:

  • Contact your HR or benefits administrator to confirm the Awardco integration has been enabled for your organization

  • Once enabled, your Sworkit activity will automatically sync to Awardco based on your company's reward criteria


My Rewards or Steps Aren't Showing in Awardco — What Do I Do?

If you're working out in Sworkit but not seeing your activity reflected in Awardco, try the following:

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Sworkit account — the one linked to your work email address

  2. Check that your workouts are logging — open Sworkit, go to My Log, and confirm recent workouts appear there

  3. Re-sync your health app — if you use Apple Health or Health Connect, go to Sworkit Settings and toggle your sync connection off and back on

  4. Allow up to 24 hours — there can be a short delay before activity syncs from Sworkit to Awardco

  5. Check with your HR team — reward criteria (e.g. minimum minutes, activity types) vary by employer and are set by your company, not Sworkit


I Have Two Sworkit Accounts — Which One Should I Use?

This is a common issue during platform transitions. You may have accidentally created a second account using a different email address.

  • Use the account associated with your work email address — this is the one your employer's Awardco integration will recognize

  • If you're unsure which account to use, contact support@sworkit.com and our team can help you identify and consolidate your accounts
