Awardco & BeWell Sync Troubleshooting

Steps to fix missing activity, steps, or rewards not syncing between Sworkit and Awardco or BeWell.

Is Your Activity Not Showing in Awardco or BeWell?

If you're completing workouts in Sworkit but your activity, steps, or minutes aren't appearing in Awardco or BeWell, you're not alone. This is one of the most common issues we see — and most cases can be resolved with the steps below.

Step 1 — Confirm You're Signed Into the Right Account

The most common cause of missing rewards is being logged into the wrong Sworkit account. Your activity will only sync to Awardco/BeWell if you're signed in with the email address associated with your employer benefit.

  • Open Sworkit and go to Profile → Settings

  • Check which email address is shown

  • If it's a personal email rather than your work email, sign out and sign back in with your work email

If you're not sure which email your employer has on file, check with your HR or benefits administrator.

Step 2 — Check That Workouts Are Logging

Awardco and BeWell can only count activity that has been logged in Sworkit.

  • Open Sworkit and tap My Log

  • Confirm your recent workouts are listed there

  • If workouts are missing from your log, the issue is with logging — not syncing. Check that you're completing workouts fully (pressing the finish button at the end)

Step 3 — Re-Sync Your Health App

If you use Apple Health or Health Connect to log steps or activity, app updates can sometimes reset your sync settings to OFF without warning.

  1. Open Sworkit and go to Settings → Connected Apps

  2. Toggle your health app connection off, wait 5 seconds, then toggle it back on

  3. On Apple Health: tap Manual Sync even if the connection appears active — this refreshes the data pipeline

  4. Wait up to 24 hours for activity to appear in Awardco or BeWell

Step 4 — Check Your Reward Criteria

Reward rules are set by your employer, not by Sworkit. Common reasons activity may not qualify:

  • Minimum workout duration not met (e.g. employer requires 20+ minutes per session)

  • Only certain activity types count (e.g. steps only, not strength workouts)

  • A monthly or weekly cap has already been reached

  • There is a data reset at the start of each month — activity before the reset date does not carry over

Contact your HR or benefits team to confirm exactly what activity qualifies for rewards in your program.

Step 5 -- Check Dollar Management in Awardco

Verify rewards in the Dollar Management section of the Awardco app. This shows the most current and accurate rewards information.

Known Issue — April Data Reset

Some members experienced a sync disruption around April 1 related to a data reset in the Awardco/BeWell integration. If your activity from late March or early April is missing, this is a known issue. Activity logged after the reset date should sync correctly going forward.
