If you see these error message in your Sworkit app: "Service_Unavailable"  or "Service Not Available", don't fret, we've got a fix. More than likely, it means you're logging into an older version of our app.

The Fix
Make sure your Sworkit Fitness app is updated to the latest version. You can visit the Apple (iOS users) or Google Play (Android users) app store to check for the latest version of Sworkit and/or to update your app. Doing this should enable you to log in without a problem (plus you'll be downloading all of our newest features).

If this doesn't do the trick, reach out to us at support@sworkit.com and on of our Customer Support or Tech Heroes will be happy to help you out.
