I can't sync to MyFitnessPal, what do I do?

Tips to try if you're having trouble syncing MyFitnessPal with Sworkit

MyFitnessPal not being a pal? If you're having trouble syncing MyFitnessPal with your Sworkit Fitness app, here are a few options you can try:

  1. Check Your Login Credentials    
    - Make sure you're using your MyFitnessPal username and password and instead of your Facebook username and password when signing in.

  2. In-App Reconnection    
    - Go to the main menu of your Sworkit app and click on "Settings"    
    - Under "Connected Apps & Services" find the "MyFitnessPal" option    
    - Toggle the MyFitnessPal switch off then back on again

  3. Disconnect Via Web    
    - Check to make sure you're logged out of myfitnesspal.com on your device's default internet browser (Safari - iOS or Chrome - Android)    
    - Close out of your Sworkit app and then open it again    
    - Next, navigate to the main menu of your Sworkit app and click on "Settings"    
    - Under "Connected Apps & Services" find the "MyFitnessPal" option    
    - Toggle the MyFitnessPal switch off then back on again.
