Are you thinking of deleting your account? If there is an issue we can resolve, let us know at support@sworkit.com or by going to your Sworkit app's main menu, selecting "Help Center" and clicking on Contact Support.
If there's no issue to be resolved, simply follow the steps below to delete your account:
Click on "Delete Account"
Enter your email address and password and then press "Delete Account"
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Deleting your account will not cancel your membership. Click here for instructions on how to cancel your membership.
Some Technical Notes:
When you delete your account from account.sworkit.com, we delete the following:
Your Sworkit account and login details
Any data we've saved in our database related to your account, including email, name, workouts logged, preferences etc
Additionally, we may send deletion requests for the data related to your Sworkit account to the following companies which we use for analytics and customer support. They take no more than 7 days to delete data.
