In order to make sure the communication we send you actually finds its way to your inbox and not your spam or junk folders, it's helpful to mark Sworkit emails as "safe". This process, called "whitelisting" or "adding emails to your Safe Senders List", is quick and easy to do. Below are links to instructions on how to whitelist Sworkit emails based on the email provider you use (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail).
When whitelisting/adding Sworkit to your Safe Senders email list, you'll only have to enter one email address if you format it like this: *@sworkit.com. Entering our email address in this format (an asterisk * followed by @sworkit.com, with no spaces) means our entire sworkit.com domain is marked safe and helps ensure any email from Sworkit - whether from Support, our CEO, or Billing - is delivered directly to your inbox.
