How do I get a refund from Sworkit?

How to request a refund for your Sworkit subscription depending on whether you purchased through Apple, Google Play, or the Sworkit website.

Written by Victoria

Refund options depend on where you originally purchased your Sworkit subscription. Check your My Account section in the Sworkit app to confirm how you subscribed.

Purchased through Apple / iTunes

Sworkit is not able to process refunds for Apple purchases — all billing is managed directly by Apple.

To request a refund from Apple, follow their instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

You can also report a problem directly to Apple from any browser.

Purchased through Google Play

Sworkit is not able to process refunds for Google Play purchases — all billing is managed directly by Google.

To request a refund from Google, visit: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

If Google's refund window has passed, email us at support@sworkit.com and we'll see what we can do.

Purchased through Sworkit Web (sworkit.com or app.sworkit.com)

If you subscribed directly through Sworkit's website, we offer the following options:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're within 14 days of your original sign-up date and Sworkit isn't the right fit, contact us for a full refund. Email support@sworkit.com with your account email and we'll take care of it.

Pause Your Membership

Not ready to cancel but need a break? You can pause your Sworkit membership for up to 12 months. When you resume, you pick up right where you left off — your remaining subscription time carries over. Email support@sworkit.com to request a pause.

Past the 14-Day Window

If it's been more than 14 days since you signed up, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us at support@sworkit.com — we're reasonable people and we want to help find a solution that works for you.

⚠️ Important: Canceling or deleting your Sworkit account does not automatically process a refund. You must contact us or Apple/Google directly as described above.
