If you signed up with an email and password, you can reset your password directly from the Sworkit sign-in screen.
How to Reset Your Password
Open the Sworkit app and go to the sign-in screen
Enter your email address and tap Sign In
Tap "Trouble signing in?" (shown in blue below the password field)
Enter your email address and tap Send
Check your inbox for an email from Team Sworkit and follow the link to reset your password
✅ You're back in!
Signed In with Google or Apple?
If you originally signed in using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, there is no Sworkit password to reset. Use the same Google or Apple sign-in option you used when you first created your account.
Signed In Through an Employer Benefit (Personify Health, Awardco, etc.)?
If you access Sworkit through an employer wellness program, use the Sign in with Personify Health (or your employer's platform) button on the sign-in screen. Your password is managed by that platform — not by Sworkit. Contact your HR team or that platform's support if you can't access your credentials.
