Did you take the dog for a walk? Go on a bike ride with your kids?

If your watch or another app tracked those activities to Apple Health, you can have them show up in your My Sworkit fitness log!

Each time you record a workout with the Apple Health app, it can be imported into your My Sworkit calendar just by opening the Sworkit app (neat, huh?). This is a great way to track your overall consistency and see your activity streaks!

Steps to enable this feature:

  1. Open the Sworkit app on your device, tap the 3 menu lines in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Tap on Settings at the bottom of the menu.

  3. Under Sync Your Steps & Workouts, tap Apple Health.

  4. Tap Connect with Apple Health at the bottom.

  5. Toggle ON the options that work best for you.

  6. After completing an outside exercise, open your Sworkit app and your data will automatically sync to your My Sworkit log.

Tips & Tricks for syncing data:

  • Sworkit will only try to sync workouts from the past 30 days.

  • If you don't see your external workouts in Sworkit, try this:

    • In your iPhone Settings >> Health >> Data Access & Devices >> Sworkit >> toggle ON everything to Allow Sworkit to Read. Completely close Sworkit and reopen it to have anything new sync.

Additional connections are available for MyFitnessPal, and Strava. Still not syncing right? Check out this article with additional tips. If you need more help setting this up or have any other questions, reach out to our Customer Support team via the Contact Support link in your Sworkit app's Help Center or by email at support@sworkit.com.
