Did you take the dog for a walk? Go on a bike ride with your kids? Complete a workout in the gym? If your watch or another app tracked those activities to Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit, you can see them in your My Sworkit fitness log!
β
Each time you record a workout with a partner app, it can be imported into your My Sworkit calendar just by opening the Sworkit app (neat, huh?). This is a great way to track your overall consistency and see your activity streaks!

PRO TIP:
Most wearables and devices can sync directly with Apple Health or Google Fit. If you have a Samsung, or require a third-party app to sync, please jump down to the bottom of this article where we've included some links for you!
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
If your wearable does NOT sync with Apple Health or Google Fit directly you will need the device's compatible health syncing app (i.e. Samsung Health for a Galaxy watch).
Steps to enable syncing with Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit:
First, make sure you have Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit (whichever you are going to use to sync your data) downloaded to your mobile device.
Next, open the Sworkit app on your device, and tap the 3 menu lines in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
Tap on Settings at the bottom of the menu.
Choose an app from the CONNECTED APPS & SERVICES section
Finish the steps to authorize Sworkit to read data from the selected service
After completing an outside exercise, open your Sworkit app and your data will automatically sync to your My Sworkit log.

Troubleshoot your syncing with these helpful tips:
When syncing workouts that are completed through another app and written to Apple Health, the Sworkit app on your phone must be reopened for them to import to your My Sworkit Activity Log.
To avoid duplicate workout entries in your log or app, sync in one direction only to Apple Health or Google Fit. For instance, to have external activity along with Sworkit workouts show up in your My Sworkit Activity Log, have "Send workouts to Apple Health or Google Fit" toggled OFF and "Import workouts from Apple Health or Google Fit" toggled ON.
After updating your phone or app, check your settings in Sworkit to see if syncing was toggled off due to the update, and to make sure our app is pulling in workout data in your preferred way.
To have workouts completed with Strava added to your My Sworkit Activity Log, have Import workouts from Apple Health or Google Fit toggled ON.
For your wearable device (Garmin, Polar, Samsung Galaxy, etc.) you will need either the device's "health" app (i.e. Samsung Health) or a third-party app (such as Health Sync below) to sync with Apple Health or Google Fit so that it will import workouts to Sworkit. That way, our app can pull data from your preferred device.
