Stuck getting your health data to live in harmony? We've got some tricks and tips to have your workouts and activity logged and recorded in the right places. To get started with syncing, check out these articles on Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, Fitbit, and MyFitnessPal.

Troubleshoot your syncing with these helpful tips:

  • When syncing workouts that are completed through another app and written to Apple Health, the Sworkit app on your phone must be reopened for them to import to your My Sworkit Activity Log.

  • To avoid duplicate workout entries in your log or app, sync in one direction only to Apple Health or Google Fit. For instance, to have external activity along with Sworkit workouts show up in your My Sworkit Activity Log, have Send workouts to Apple Health or Google Fit toggled off and Import workouts from Apple Health or Google Fit toggled on.

  • After updating your phone, check your settings in Sworkit to see if syncing was toggled off due to the update.
