Issue: You are on your mobile device and you've signed in with Personify Health, but Sworkit keeps opening in the web browser instead of the Sworkit app.

You may have followed all the steps correctly and this still happens. Here are a few things you can try to fix this issue. If none of the below helps, please contact us so we can help you.

First, make sure you have the Sworkit app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Then follow the steps to log into Sworkit with Personify Health (go to help article). If that doesn't help, here's a little more information.

Choose your device:

Samsung
Android 12+ (Google Pixel, OnePlus, Asus, Sony, Motorola, NothingPhone, etc)

Sworkit app is configured to open from Personify Health with Android versions 9-11, but the instructions will vary from what you see below.

iPhone

  • From Safari open app.sworkit.com. You should see a prompt to open Sworkit. Open it. Then follow the steps to log into Personify Health again. If you don't see this prompt, go to Settings=>Safari=>Clear History and Website Data and try logging into Personify Health again.

Samsung

Steps:

- Open Samsung Settings > Internet settings.

- Scroll down and select Useful features.

- Make sure Open links in other apps is toggled ON.

Android 12+

Steps:

  • Long Press on Sworkit in the app drawer and select App Info in popup menu. (Alternatively go to Settings=>Apps=>Sworkit)

  • Select Open By Default

  • Make sure Open Supported Links is toggled on
