Members who have access to Sworkit through a Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse) benefit need to follow specific instructions to log in.

Please make sure the Sworkit app is updated by checking the version on the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store before trying any of these steps.

If your Sworkit app version is 11.0.3 or later:

  1. Make sure you are "signed out" of the Sworkit app. You can sign out in My Account or Settings.

  2. Select Sign In from the home screen.

  3. Select "Sign in with Personify Health" and use your Personify Health credentials to access Sworkit.

    1. Did you get an error that says you already have an account? Please contact us and we'll get your account sorted out for you.

You can verify that your Personify Health credentials will work for Sworkit by logging into the Personify Health app or app.member.personifyhealth.com with your email and password. You should see Sworkit in My Benefits. If not, contact your provider about adding Sworkit.
