All 16 Sworkit Move pathways and who each one is for.

Written by Victoria

Sworkit Move has 16 pathways, and each one is built for a specific area. Not sure which one is right for you? Take the quick assessment in Sworkit Move and we'll recommend one! If you already have a good idea, here's the full list.

Back and neck

  • Low Back Pain: Reduce pain and rebuild the strength and mobility to move freely again.

  • Sciatica: For pain that travels from your low back down your leg. (Also called lumbar radiculopathy.)

  • Neck Pain: Retrain the deep muscles that support your neck so you can move without pain.

  • Cervicogenic Headache: For headaches that start in your neck.

Shoulder, elbow, and wrist

  • Rotator Cuff Pain: Get your shoulder moving comfortably again and build lasting strength.

  • Elbow & Wrist Pain: For tendon pain like tennis elbow or golfer's elbow.

Hip and knee

  • Hip Pain: Loosen up a stiff, achy hip and build strength around it. (Built for hip osteoarthritis.)

  • Lateral Hip Pain: For pain on the outside of your hip. (Sometimes called hip bursitis or GTPS.)

  • Knee Pain: Strengthen the muscles that take pressure off your knee. (Built for knee osteoarthritis.)

  • Runner's Knee: For pain around your kneecap, especially with stairs, squats, or running. (Also called patellofemoral pain.)

Foot and ankle

  • Plantar Fasciitis: Ease heel pain, especially that first step in the morning.

  • Ankle Sprain: Rebuild stability and confidence after a sprain. Best once the swelling has settled, usually after the first couple of weeks.

Pelvic health

  • Stress Incontinence: Help stop leaks when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise.

  • Overactive Bladder: Get more control over those sudden urges.

  • Postpartum Recovery: Rebuild your pelvic floor and core after having a baby. Start once you've been cleared for exercise at your postpartum visit.

  • Diastasis Recti: Rebuild deep core strength and help close the abdominal gap safely.

A few things to know
Every pathway is 6 weeks. Most don't need any equipment, though a towel, mat, or chair comes in handy for a few exercises. You can switch pathways anytime!

If your discomfort doesn't fit any of these, or you're not sure it's safe to start, please check with your healthcare provider first.
