Please make sure the Sworkit app is updated by checking the version on the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store before trying any of these steps.
If your Sworkit app version is 11.0.3 or later:
Make sure you are "signed out" of the Sworkit app. You can sign out in My Account or Settings.
Select Sign In from the home screen.
Select "Sign in with Virgin Pulse" and use your Virgin Pulse credentials to access Sworkit.
Did you get an error that says you already have an account? Please contact us and we'll get your account sorted out for you.
You can verify that your Virgin Pulse credentials will work for Sworkit by logging into the Virgin Pulse app or app.member.virginpulse.com with your email and password. You should see Sworkit in My Benefits. If not, contact your provider about adding Sworkit.
If your app version is 11.0.2 or earlier, below is the only way to log in:
1. Install the Sworkit app on your mobile device by going to the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT YET.
2. Launch the Virgin Pulse app on your mobile device and navigate to the Benefits tab. You can also do this from https://app.member.virginpulse.com
3. Select Sworkit and click on the button to START NOW.
4. Sign in with your Virgin Pulse login again if prompted. If you have the Sworkit App installed, it should open automatically and sign you in. If not, you'll be redirected to app.sworkit.com in your browser.
5. If you have not downloaded the Sworkit app, you can do so now in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. If you created your account first on the website, you will still need to launch Sworkit from the Virgin Pulse mobile app on your phone to sign in through that method the first time.
