Troubleshooting activity minutes to qualify for rewards

If you're working out and logging to your My Sworkit Log, but are not seeing your activity minutes in the Virgin Pulse app, try these tips:

  • Sign out of the Sworkit app on your phone and sign back into Sworkit using the Virgin Pulse option.

  • If you've synced a health app (Google Fit, Apple Health, Fitbit) with Sworkit, go to Settings and make sure the syncing options are still toggled ON (updates can cause them to revert to the default OFF).

After trying both of these, check the Virgin Pulse app to see if your minutes are displayed there.
