  1. Make sure you have successfully synced with Google Fit, Apple Health, or Fitbit

  2. Open My Sworkit Page: Begin by launching the Sworkit app on your iOS or Android Device and navigate to the 'My Sworkit' page.

  3. Select the Steps Tab: Once on the 'My Sworkit' page, locate and select the 'Steps' tab. This will direct you to the steps tracking section of the app.

  4. Access Steps Calendar: In the steps section, you will find a calendar displaying your step count. This calendar is set to show the "Last 7 days" by default.

  5. Change the Date Range: To view steps from a different time period, click the arrow next to where it says "Last 7 days." This action will take you to a new screen.

  6. Choose a Specific Date: On the new screen, tap on any date for which you wish to sync the steps data.

  7. Start Manual Sync: After selecting a date, a menu will appear. From this menu, click on 'Start Manual Sync.' This will manually synchronize the step count for that particular date.

  8. Switch to Week View (Optional): If you want to sync data for an entire week, you can tab to the 'week view.' This option allows you to see and sync your steps data on a weekly basis.

    Note:
โ€‹No Sync for Empty Data: Note that if no steps are shown for a particular week or month, it's not possible to sync that period.

    Try This:
โ€‹ Navigate Through History: To capture your complete step history, try moving back through the calendar week by week and month by month. This way, you can manually sync your steps data from previous dates.
