We offer many different workout options including "done-for-you" plans, workout collections, monthly challenges, and the ability to customize and/or create your own workouts from scratch. Here, we'll tell you a bit about each one and exactly how to get started. Let's dive in!
Recommended Plans
If you want a recommended fitness regimen based on your specific goals and challenges, this is the option for you. Click here to get a pre-built workout plan created by certified personal trainers as well as recommendations for other workouts that suit your needs and style.
Monthly Challenges
Want a daily workout routine that helps you discover new workouts or perhaps pushes you a bit harder than you would on your own? Then head to your Sworkit's home screen and scroll to find new workout challenges each month designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Sworkit Collections
Our collections are groups of similar and sometimes themed workouts. These workout collections and more can be found on the home screen of your Sworkit Fitness app. Within collections, you can select workouts based on your fitness level, desired fitness equipment (like kettlebells, dumbbells, or resistance bands), a specific focus area (like upper body or full body workouts), or even sports conditioning. This option is not only great if you like to pick and choose your own workouts, but you can also complete a workout from one of our collections in addition to your recommended plan workout to get an extra workout in for the week.
Custom Workouts
Custom workouts allow you to create your own unique workouts using exercises from our extensive exercise library. Another option is to copy and edit an existing Sworkit workout by using the custom workout feature to add or remove exercises and make a personalized fitness experience. If you're looking for motivation or accountability in your fitness journey or are interested in helping others find those things, we have a Sworkit Community to give you the support and inspiration you need. To join this group click on "Help Center" in the main menu of your app, then click on "Join our Facebook Community".
