Hailed for their unique ability to burn TONS of calories, the HIIT and Tabata methods of training are perfect for the busy parent, juggling student, and workaholic. Did you know we have preset timing options for HIIT and Tabata workouts built right into the app?

To switch the timing settings of your workout to HIIT or Tabata:

  1. Open the app on your device and select a Cardio or Strength workout.

  2. Tap the orange Select Workout bar at the bottom of the screen.

  3. In the upper right corner, tap the settings icon.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to TRY A NEW TIMING VARIATION and choose one:

HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training is an umbrella term for intense training that encompasses the Tabata method. It's not easy because it's meant to push you out of your comfort zone, but it's far more effective than traditional cardio!

Tabata: 20-second “all-out” bursts of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The Tabata method requires you to perform 8 rounds of this grueling work regime for a total of 4 minutes!
