We get that you might love to run outside or dance with Zumba. Luckily, you can get credit for this in Sworkit and continue your workout streak.
If you would like to add your workouts to your Sworkit calendar, you can with our "Log activity" option.
To do this:
- Open your app and tap on "My Sworkit."
- Make sure you are on the "Calendar View."
- Tap the blue "+ Log Activity" option.
- Tap the activity you performed and fill in your data.
- Tap "Save"
- Now you should see the workout in your history.
