To track your meals with MyFitnessPal all you have to do is follow the simple steps below.

  1. Click the blue "+" sign at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select the "food" button

  3. Select which meal you would like to log your food under (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks).

  4. Either scan the ingredients included in your meal by clicking the "scan barcode" button towards the upper right hand of the screen OR manually search for food using the search bar at the very top of the screen.

  5. After selecting a food item to include in your meal, be sure you properly set your serving size to reflect the amount of food you ate.

  6. Click the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner.

  7. Your food is logged! Continue these steps until all the ingredients in your meal are logged.
