If you've ever wondered how long you should select the length of your workout to be we've got you covered! Optimize your routine from expert-recommended timing for any level of workout, or continue to customize it on your own. Our team of certified trainers has provided timing guidelines from Beginner to Advanced for all Sworkit workouts.
For workouts with suggested minutes or circuits, you’ll now see these recommendations in the workout details section. You simply click or tap on the desired level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), and the workout length will automatically update according to the trainer’s recommendations.
Choose to toggle on warmup and/or cooldowns (always recommended for your safety) and an estimate for your entire workout duration will be given.
