Life happens and we get that. Depending on how you started your subscription, we have a few options available for refunds.
Hit Pause: You can pause your account for up to 12 months. When you continue your membership, you can pick up right where you left off. This means, if you had your Sworkit membership for 4 months before pausing your account, you'll have 8 months of membership available when you resume your subscription.
14-day Money Back Guarantee: You can receive a refund up to 14 days after you sign up. Realize Sworkit isn't for you? Let us know within 14 days for a full refund.
Pay it Forward: You can gift the remaining time left on your Sworkit membership. If it's past the 14-day mark and you don't want to pause your account, give the gift of Sworkit to a friend or family member.
