Accessing Your Account Information
Premium subscriptions for Sworkit are available through several different providers to provide convenience to our users on the platform they choose. Currently, we support subscription payments through Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play Store), and through the web at app.sworkit.com.
You can manage your premium subscription through our web application which you can sign in to with the same My Sworkit account credentials that you use in our mobile apps.
The steps to get to your account management page are:
Visit app.sworkit.com in your desktop or laptop web browser.
Login with your Sworkit account credentials.
On the left hand side navigation, click `My Account`.
Once you get to your account page, you can manage many all aspects of your Sworkit account.
It the bottom right of your account information, you should see a section labeled `Current Subscription` that looks something like this:
Here you can make any changes that you need. Some common use cases are following:
Upgrade from monthly or quarterly paid account to Yearly (Sworkit Web Portal)
Follow the above steps to login to your Sworkit account
Go to the 'My Account' page and you should see a button to 'Upgrade to Yearly Subscription'
Downgrade from yearly paid account to Monthly or Quarterly (Sworkit Web Portal)
We currently do not support this. However, you can cancel your subscription (instructions below) and then signup for a monthly or quarterly subscription (instructions above)
Migrate subscription from Apple (App Store) to using Sworkit Web Subscription
Follow the above steps to login to your Sworkit account
Follow the steps here to cancel your Apple subscription
Visit our web application and login with your Sworkit account. You will be prompted to input payment information.
Migrate subscription from Google (Google Play Store) to using Sworkit Web Subscription
Follow the above steps to login to your Sworkit account
Follow the steps here to cancel your Google subscription
Visit our web application and login with your Sworkit account. You will be prompted to input payment information.
Deactivate your Premium Subscription :(
Follow the above steps to login to your Sworkit account
Go to the 'My Account' page and you should see a button to 'Cancel Your Subscription'
