Apple TV Blank Screen Issue

Sworkit is showing a blank or black screen on Apple TV? Here's what to do while we work on a fix.

What's Happening

Some members are experiencing a blank or black screen when opening Sworkit on Apple TV. This is a known issue that emerged in June 2026 and our team is actively working on a fix.


Workarounds to Try Now

While we work on a permanent fix, these steps resolve the issue for most members:

Option 1 — Force Quit and Relaunch

  1. Press the TV/Home button on your Apple TV remote to go to the home screen

  2. Double-press the TV/Home button to open the app switcher

  3. Swipe up on the Sworkit app to force quit it

  4. Relaunch Sworkit from the home screen

Option 2 — Restart Your Apple TV

  1. Go to Settings → System → Restart

  2. Wait for your Apple TV to fully restart

  3. Relaunch Sworkit

Option 3 — Delete and Reinstall Sworkit

  1. On your Apple TV home screen, hold the click pad on the Sworkit app

  2. Select Delete App

  3. Go to the App Store and reinstall Sworkit

  4. Sign back in with your Sworkit credentials

Option 4 — Use Sworkit on Another Device

While you wait for the fix, you can access all your workouts on your iPhone, iPad, Android device, or at app.sworkit.com on your computer. Your account and workout history are synced across all devices.
