Cancel or change my Apple/iTunes subscription?

How to cancel or change your Sworkit subscription purchased through Apple / iTunes.

You can confirm how you originally subscribed by tapping My Account in the Sworkit side menu — it will show whether you subscribed via Apple, Google Play, or the Sworkit website.

⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the Sworkit app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed.


Cancel through Apple / iTunes

Option 1 — Direct link (fastest):
Tap the button below from your Apple device to go straight to your Apple subscriptions:

Option 2 — iPhone / iPad / iPod touch:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions

  3. Tap Sworkit

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription — if you don't see this option, the subscription is already cancelled

If you don't see "Subscriptions" in Settings, tap iTunes & App Store → your Apple ID → View Apple ID → scroll to Subscriptions.

After cancellation, you'll retain access to Sworkit until the end of your current billing period. Apple does not prorate refunds for unused time. For refund requests, see How do I get a refund from Sworkit?
