How to change your weekly goal?

How to adjust the number of workouts you want to work towards each week.

We understand that your weekly goals can change. Depending on what your life looks like you might have time for more or less.

If you would like to change the number of workouts for your weekly goal in the app, you can do it in two different ways.

To adjust your weekly goal through your “Plan”:

  1. Navigate to the home screen of your Sworkit Fitness app.

  2. At the bottom of the screen on a phone look for “My Plan”, from the website look in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.

  3. If you tap on “My Plan” you will see your WEEKLY GOAL right under your plan header.

  4. Tap the WEEKLY GOAL section and a menu will appear with the option of 1 workout to 7 workouts, select your desired workout amount so that it is highlighted in orange.

  5. Tap “Save” to save your selection.

To adjust your weekly goal through “My Account”:

  1. Navigate to the home screen of your Sworkit Fitness app.

  2. Tap the menu bars in the upper left corner.

  3. Tap “My Account” and then tap on your name.

  4. Next, tap on your “Weekly Goal” and tap on your desired workout amount so that an orange check mark appears next to your selection and the menu closes.

  5. Tap “Save” in orange in the upper right-hand corner.
