Need a "note to self" about a workout you just did? Too hard for 3 rounds? Want to level up and increase the dumbbell weight next time? We now have the perfect way to keep track of your thoughts on each workout!

To make a note on a workout, from the mobile app:

  1. Open the app on your device and when you're finished with your workout, tap "My Sworkit" in orange in the bottom right corner of the "Home" screen.

  2. Below the calendar you will see a log of your completed workouts, tap on the one that you need to leave a note on.

  3. A menu will pull up from the bottom of your screen, tap on "Add Note" in orange.

  4. An empty message box will open with your keyboard at the bottom. Leave yourself a note!

  5. When you're finished with your note, tap "Save" in orange in the upper right corner.

  6. See your note listed beneath the workout and date/time you completed it.

  7. Adjust accordingly the next time you do that workout!

To make a note on a workout, from the web app:

  1. Open the sworkit.com in your web browser, log in.

  2. When you're finished with your workout, click "My Sworkit" in the menu on the left hand side of your screen.

  3. To the right of the calendar you will see a log of your workouts, click the workout that you need to make a note on.

  4. A menu will pull up from the bottom of the screen, click add note.

  5. An empty message box will appear. Leave yourself a note!

  6. When you're finished with your note, tap "SAVE" in the upper right corner.

  7. See your note listed beneath the workout and date/time you completed it.

  8. Adjust accordingly the next time you do that workout!
