How to set your workout and step goals?

Set a goal of how many workouts per week to strive for and how many steps per day. Choose to measure your distance in miles or kilometers.

A great way to stay on track with your fitness is to be able to visually measure your activity compared to your goal. By setting a Weekly Workout Goal you will be able to check your boxes as you exercise each day. When you set your Daily Step Goal, you'll see how your days stack up with a quick glance at the steps graph in our app.

To set your Weekly Workout Goal:

  1. Tap on the Menu Lines in the upper left of your home screen.

  2. Tap on My Account.

  3. Tap Edit Profile and Goals.

  4. Tap on Weekly Workout Goal.

  5. Tap on the number of workouts you'd like to complete each week.

  6. Tap Save in the upper right corner.

To set your Daily Step Goal:

  1. Tap on the Menu Lines in the upper left of your home screen.

  2. Tap on My Account.

  3. Tap Edit Profile and Goals.

  4. Tap Daily Step Goal.

  5. Enter how many steps you'll aim for each day.

  6. Tap Done.

  7. Tap Save in the upper right corner.

To choose your Challenge Distance Unit:

  1. Tap on the Menu Lines in the upper left of your home screen.

  2. Tap on My Account.

  3. Tap Edit Profile and Goals.

  4. Tap Challenge Distance Unit.

  5. Choose Miles or Kilometers and make sure you see the check mark next to your selection.

  6. Tap Save in the upper right corner.
