You'll be taken to Google Health's website for account sign-in, enter your Google Health account's sign-in info.
When your apps are linked, a "Congratulations" screen will come up, Tap Return to Settings.
Tap Done in the upper left corner.

Tap the back arrow and Home to check out your workout history!
After completing an outside exercise, open your Sworkit app to have your data imported to your My Sworkit log.
Not seeing your steps/workouts in Sworkit? Fitbit requires weekly log-ins to sync data ☝️
**To Manually Enter Steps: Add a walk or run, enter the date, time, and distance to have your steps calculated and added to Google Health. This will then be imported to Sworkit.
Additional connections are available for Apple Health, Android's Health Connect, MyFitnessPal, and Strava. Still not syncing right? Check out this article with additional tips.
