Sometimes it's encouraging to look at your workout streaks and see a visual of your dedication! Weekly and monthly stats are listed in simple tables and your stats for the year are in a bar graph for easy comparison. Log your external activities/workouts to create a detailed picture of your fitness habits. Stay motivated by keeping track of your stats; the consistency will help you establish a routine that will help you achieve your goals. Use this to hold yourself accountable!

To check out your Stats:

  1. Open the app on your device, tap My Sworkit in the bottom right corner.

  2. Tap Stats in the upper right corner above the calendar.

  3. Your Weekly Stats will pull up, tap the arrow to see your Monthly Stats.

  4. Tap the right arrow again to see your Yearly Stats graph.

  5. Tap the right arrow one more time to see your All Time Stats.

  6. Tap the left arrow at any time to revisit the previous screen of stats.
