Using Sworkit's Exercise Library

Sworkit's Exercise Library is a powerful tool that allows you to find specific exercises tailored to your needs. Here's how to navigate and use the library effectively:

1. Accessing the Library:

- Open the Sworkit app and select "Exercise Library" from the main menu.

2. Understanding the Filters:

The library offers several filters to help you narrow down your search:

a) Age Level: Choose between "Adult" and "Kids" exercises.

b) Difficulty: Select "Easy," "Medium," or "Hard" based on your fitness level.

c) Exercise Category: Options include Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Rehab, and Barre.

d) Focus Areas: Use the human body graphic to select specific muscle groups. Click on the desired area to highlight it.

e) Equipment: Choose from options like Kettlebell, Bodyweight, Dumbbell, Resistance Band, Resistance Loop, Foam Roller, and Chair.

f) Stance: Select Floor, Standing, or Seated exercises.

g) Impact Level: Choose between Low, Normal, and High impact exercises.

h) Noise Level: Option to filter for Quiet exercises.

3. Applying Filters:

- Select your desired filters from each category.

- The human body graphic allows you to choose specific muscle groups. Selected areas will be highlighted in blue.

- After setting your filters, click the "Apply Filters" button at the bottom of the screen.

4. Viewing Results:

- The app will display exercises that match your selected criteria.

- Browse through the list to find exercises that interest you.

5. Clearing Filters:

- To start a new search, use the "Clear Filters" button to reset all selections.

6. Fine-tuning Your Search:

- If you get too few results, try removing some filters.

- If you get too many results, add more specific filters to narrow down your options.

To take advantage of the full capabilities of the exercise library, try creating a custom workout using the Custom Workout Builder. Have fun!
