What are fitness assessments?
Fitness assessments are the key to transforming your health journey! Imagine having a personalized roadmap designed just for you. These assessments measure important components of your cardiovascular health, strength, and healthy aging, helping you set realistic goals and track your progress.
Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, regular assessments empower you to celebrate your achievements, fine-tune your routine to tackle challenges, and elevate your fitness journey. These new features will enhance your overall health and keep you motivated as you pursue your goals with confidence and enthusiasm!
How to use the assessments?
To complete a fitness assessment, start by selecting the one that works best for you.
Some assessments have optional equipment. For example, if a chair squat is demonstrated, you can use a chair or simply perform full squats—our motion tracking will capture both!
When you're ready to begin, follow the step-by-step setup guide. Gather any needed equipment, adjust your volume, and set up your camera.
How to set up your device. Position your device at a tilt against a wall, or prop it at hip level on a desk or table, ensuring your full body is in view.
Once you're in position, the assessment will begin. Each assessment consists of three exercises, and you'll have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible for each exercise.
After completing the assessment, your results will be based on the number of reps you achieved per exercise.

Understanding Your Results
After completing an assessment, you’ll receive results based on your rep count for each exercise. These serve as a personal baseline to track changes over time. Retake assessments periodically to compare results and celebrate personal bests.

Trouble Shooting
If you're having trouble capturing your motion, try adjusting your camera positioning to ensure it captures your full range of motion. Make sure there’s sufficient lighting in the room so the camera can detect your movements clearly, and clear any obstacles around you to provide an unobstructed view of your full body.
