Depending on the amount of time you have, your fitness level, or the type of workout you're trying to do, you might want to adjust your rest breaks or even do a workout without any. Here's how to do that:

  1. Open the app and choose any custom or pre-made workout

  2. Click "Select Workout"

  3. Tap the menu lines located in the top right of your workout time selection screen

  4. Within the "Rest Breaks" section,

    1. Toggle rest breaks ON/OFF depending on your preference.

    2. Choose the amount of exercises you want between rest breaks.

    3. Determine the length of your rest breaks.

  5. Be sure to click "Save" when you are done.

  6. Select "Begin Workout" to start your sweat sesh.
